Mr. Otero has over 20 years of experience building applications and solutions for a wide set of different companies, which has given him the ability to understand client needs and produce quality solutions, all while using the top technologies.
Mr. Otero has worked in the modeling, design, and development of several OMS softwares, real time trade platforms, and also in some other real time industrial platforms like railway control systems. Mr. Otero worked for companies Invensys Rail (Siemens), The Macgregor Group, and ITG before joining Athena Investment Systems in 2005.
Mr. Otero holds a Master of Science (MS) in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, Spain, as well as a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Newcastle Upon Tyne University in England. He also holds several software certifications.

Mr. Guarnieri has demonstrated a deep understanding of the financial community's needs and how to optimize its workflow.
Mr. Guarnieri spent more than 9 years with Macgregor/ITG, where he worked as a Platform Architect and Project Lead & Development Manager. He elevated the competitive edge initiative by introducing cutting-edge features to the Portfolio Management platform such as Multi-Asset support, a novel Multi-Factor Optimizer with real-time solving capabilities, a Software Development Kit, Real Time Market Data Feeds supporting Reuters and Bloomberg, and Fixed Income Electronic Trading supporting TradeWeb and MarketAxess. These features were key to winning Waters Magazine Award celebrating XIP as Best Portfolio Management platform.
Mr. Guarnieri holds a Master of Science (MS) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Ancona (Italy).

Mr. Sykowski has a proven record of designing and customizing global financial services systems that create demonstrable competitive advantages for their users.
Mr. Sykowski has experience in a broad range of asset classes including global equities and their derivatives, fixed income securities, interest rate and credit derivatives, and many types of structured private placements. For over 25 years, he has helped both buy-side and sell-side institutions architect and implement their enterprise and desk level systems. He has an in-depth knowledge of front office portfolio management, trading, risk management/analytics, and market data systems.
Mr. Sykowski holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance (Structured and Public) from the State University of New York at Albany, and a BA in Economics from the State University of New York, College at New Paltz.
Mr. Pastoors boasts 19 years of experience in financial software development on Windows, specializing in C++, C#, VB, and database technologies (MSSQL, Sybase). He's skilled in portfolio management, OMS, compliance, FIX, financial analytics, XML, Java, and COM. An accomplished researcher, he presented at the IFIP-TC6/EU Conference on Networking, holds an MS in Computer Science from the Technical University of Karlsruhe, studied at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and co-authored the BMECat e-Procurement standard.
Mr. Suils, with 19 years working at Athena, excels in crafting fault-tolerant, self-healing systems, thanks to his extensive expertise in signal processing, defense, space, and financial services. He's skilled in developing portfolio management systems, OMS, compliance, FIX protocols, financial analytics, and databases (MSSQL, Sybase). Before Athena, he contributed to Macgregor/ITG. Mr. Suils earned his MS in Electronics Engineering from Comillas Pontifical University (ICAI), Madrid, Spain.
Mr. Regoli, with 17 years in wealth management software and expertise in the hedge fund domain, is adept in MSSQL, .NET, scripting, and agile methodologies. He fosters a supportive, efficiency-driven team environment, leading customer support to enhance product quality and delivery speed. Holding an MS in Telecommunications Engineering from Università de Siena, Italy, Alessandro is committed to innovation and excellence in software development.
Since joining Athena in 2012, Ms. Cañadilla has effectively managed development and support teams across three time zones, aligning efforts with company goals. Renowned for her expertise in Athena implementations, Carmina serves as a pivotal knowledge resource for new projects and offers global client support. With degrees in Electronic Engineering and Applied Physics from University Complutense and University Autonoma de Madrid respectively, she continuously advances her skills in project management.
Mrs. Nguyen excels in partnering with clients and businesses to deliver top-notch service, leveraging her analytical skills to devise solutions meeting client needs. Known for outstanding communication, meticulous attention to detail, and leadership, she ensures exceptional client support. She has an MSc in Management and a BA in Business Studies from Manchester Business School and the University of Manchester, respectively.
Miguel Moncada, integral to Athena's support and development team, enhances his expertise in business and technology, embracing risks in learning and problem-solving independently. With an IT degree from Universidad Tecnológica del Suroeste de Guanajuato, Mexico, his proficiency in SQL, C#, Python, and business acumen has become invaluable. Miguel's commitment and growth have significantly impacted Athena, showcasing his essential role in the team.
Mr. Holmes has significantly improved Athena's offerings through his expertise in finance and multi-asset, buy-side workflows, streamlining operations and advancing new functionalities. His deep insight into buy-side firm operations enhances product efficiency and quality. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Bridgewater State University, Massachusetts.
With a decade of fintech experience at Enfusion and SimCorp, specializing in Order & Execution Management Systems, Raj plays a crucial role at Athena (a United Fintech company) in enhancing client operations and boosting Alpha. His expertise is key in advancing Athena's secure, cutting-edge technology.
Mitch brings more than ten years of expertise to the OMS/PMS technology field, playing a vital role in supporting financial entities like asset managers, hedge funds, and family offices to leverage Athena, a branch of United Fintech. His work focuses on enhancing trading, optimizing operations, and refining accounting procedures.
